At our Med spa, we kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If your appointment at our spa in North Greenville, SC, is rescheduled or canceled with less than 48 hours' notice, a fee of $75 will be charged. 

For those utilizing our spa in Travelers Rest, SC, please note that if your account accrues multiple no-show violations, it will be suspended, and we will refuse future treatment without full payment. We understand that unexpected circumstances can occur; however, we manage a very tight schedule. With proper notice, we can efficiently fill the vacancy with patients on our cancellation list.
