Welcome to Spa North, a boutique-style MedSpa located in beautiful downtown Travelers Rest, South Carolina.

Your experience will begin when you enter our charming red-brick house, conveniently located on S. Main Street. Once you arrive, you will encounter a welcoming and natural approach to your aesthetic concerns and goals. 

Our amazing team has years of experience in traditional treatments, the latest innovations in medical aesthetics, and the training and knowledge to guide you on your journey to healthy and glowing skin. We believe everyone is naturally and uniquely beautiful, and with our expertise we will customize a plan to bring forth your own timeless beauty.

We ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hour notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If your appointment is rescheduled or canceled less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a fee of $75.

If your account accrues multiple no show violations, your account will be suspended and we will refuse future treatment without payment in full. We understand that unexpected circumstances arise, however we have a very tight schedule to manage and with proper notice we can utilize our cancellation list efficiently and fill the vacancy with waiting patients.
